- Go to https://cmc-haemmolgen-eqas.com/signup/
- Click on “Signup” link on the menu bar.
- Fill all the required fields in the signup form to create the account.
Note : Please double check email address and phone/mobile numbers you enter during the signup process, because they will be your primary mode of contact regarding any updates in the EQAS.
After successful signup
- Your account will be created
- An unique Lab ID will be generated for you
- Your account activation and password reset link will be sent to the email you entered during signup process
